TOUR 1
Glenfinnan & Glencoe
You will be picked up from your hotel at 8.30am.
This tour will take you through most beautiful landscape.
Our first stop is Castle Stalker, scenic castle surrounded by water is believed to have been belonging to the MacDougalls when they were Lords of Lorn and built around 1320.
We then drive to Glenfinnan which is perhaps best known for the railway viaduct featured in a Harry Potter movie. You can climb the hill to get a full view of Jacobite Steam Train. A short walk across the road will take you to Glenfinnan monument erected in a 1815 as a memorial of the Jacobite Uprising in 1745.
Our tour continues to one of most beautiful places in Scotland, Glencoe. We will stop at the Three Sisters of Glencoe one of the most prominent features of the Highlands. Leaving the 3 sisters we take a road to Glen Etive with the stunning views and majestic Buacchaile Etive More mountain ridge. The road was used as a location for Skyfall.
As we are making our way back towards Oban we will drive through Rannoch Moor, Loch Awe and south banks of Loch Etive.

TOUR 2
Castle Tours
This tour will start with an 8.30 pick up from your hotel.
We will drive to Dunstaffanage Castle one of the oldest stone castles in Scotland and the former stronghold of the MacDougalls. Built around 1220 by Duncan MacDougall, the son of Earl Somerled known as “King of the Isles”.
A short drive from here we will visit Castle Stalker a small fortified building belonging to the MacDougalls when they were Lords of Lorn built around 1320.
Leaving Castle Stalker we drive through Loch Awe and stop at Kilchurn Castle which is a ruined structure. It was first constructed in the mid 15th century as the base of the Campbells of Glenorchy.
Next stop St. Conan’s Kirk. The Kirk is unique in having an example of almost every style of church architecture. The Norman doorway, the Gothic flying buttresses, a Celtic cross, the Arts and Crafts carvings, the Saxon tower and a stone circle.

TOUR 3
Inveraray Tour
The day will start with an 8.30am pick up from your place of accommodation.
The journey will take you along south bank of Loch Etive and Loch Awe until we reach our first stop; Inveraray Castle.
Inveraray Castle is a country house on the shore of Loch Fyne, Scotland’s longest sea loch. Home to the Duke of Argyll, Chief of Clan Campbell since 18th century.
Next up on our journey is Inveraray Jail. The jail was open in 1820 and it was prison and courthouse; closed in 1889 it is now a living museum.
On the way back to Oban we will stop at Kilchurn Castle where you will have opportunity to take photos and learn a bit about its history.
