Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Over 2 days we toured the Highlands, through Skye and down to Oban with Beata as our guide. She is very knowledgeable, and kept us informed of what we were seeing. Our flight into Inverness was cancelled, she backtracked on the road and met us in Glasgow, re-routing our tour and getting us to Ft. Augustus as planned. Once we met up the tour went great, with fantastic weather as we drove past Loch Lomond, across the Highlands and down Glen Coe. It was so SCENIC! We stopped many times to enjoy the view. On the second day we went to Eilean Donan, across Skye, on the ferry and down to Oban. The last stop was to see Castle Stalker, aka Castle Argh! from Monty Python and the Holy Grail... while Beata recounted stories from the filming of the movie. It was a seamless journey through many logistical challenges, comfortable, informative, brilliant! Beata is really knowledgeable about the history of western Scotland and customizes your experiences based on your interest. However, what makes touring with Beata really special is that has a great interpersonal style and knows when to share information and when to let the customer be in their own space to take in all of the beautiful scenery. She is sensitive, warm, and yet in charge of making your experience what you want it to be. And all of this happens in extreme comfort of her Mercedes van!!!
